1. CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS I HAVE RECEIVED?

At Lifestyle of Champions, our aim is to provide you with quality products and services. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer return options. For more information, please see our returns policy. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges if the products are out of stock. All sale items are final sale, we do not offer refunds unless they are found to be faulty.

2. HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

See our size guide for general information on sizes. If you still have specific questions about the fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please send an email to our Customer Service Department.

3. IS IT SAFE TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE?

Don't worry, it's safe to place orders on our website. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our website server. None of your credit card details will be revealed.

4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SIZE INDICATED ON THE LABEL IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED?

Before the products go on sale, the product contains an indication of the type of size you are wearing, i.e. larger than normal or classic fit. So if you find that the size you receive is not the same as the one indicated on the website, don't worry. The size we sent you is correct. Put them on first and see how they fit. If they don't fit, you can definitely return them (please check our returns policy).

5. IS THERE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We currently only sell online.

6. I RECEIVED A REFUND, BUT THE FUNDS ARE STILL NOT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHAT NOW?

All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5 to 10 working days. (Please note that refund deadlines are dictated by the card issuers and are beyond our control)

7. IF I APPLY A PROMO CODE TO A FULL-PRICE ITEM, CAN I STILL RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

If you have bought a full-price item with a promotional discount, it will still be classified as a full-price item under a temporary promotion and is eligible for a refund.

8. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE?

The cost of return postage is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend that items are returned via traceable mail, as any returned item that is not received will not be refunded. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage when returning items.

9. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, NOW WHAT?

You have received your order but discover that your product has arrived with a manufacturing defect. If you believe that your purchase is defective, please email our Customer Service team at info@lifestyleofchampions.eu with your invoice number and the details of the defect. Our team will be happy to help you. Please note that it is at the company's discretion to consider an item as defective.
