How can I pay for my order by credit/debit card?

We take your security very seriously, so your data is safe with us.

Please note that LIFESTYLEOFCHAMPIONS does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online card payments, you may be presented with secure 3D security measures when making the payment. These measures depend on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or obtain a security code by email or telephone, or the bank issuer requires additional interaction, either through fingerprinting, two-factor authentication or similar factor-based authentication methods. For further questions on authentication, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

My payment was declined when I used a credit/debit card, what should I do?

1. Place your order again
If your payment has been refused, you will have to place your order again. It is not possible to reinstate an order after payment has been refused.

2. Carry out the necessary checks
To ensure that your order is not refused, when you place a new order, we suggest that you check the following:

- Check the card details to make sure the information is correct, for example the expiry date.

- Make sure you have entered the security code correctly - this is the three-digit number on the back of your card.

- Your card issuer may have refused your payment. As they won't tell us why, it's best to check with the issuer or contact your bank.

- If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card or another payment method.

3. Next steps
If your payment has been declined using 3D secure's security measures, you will need to contact your bank for more information.

On the other hand, if you have received an error message, please contact us with as much detail as possible about the problem, including the error messages received, and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
