Returns & Refunds
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, the customer will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To make your return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure you send the package to the correct address.
All returns will be processed within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the order. If you have returned your items via a registered mail service, please track your item before contacting Customer Service to make sure that your item has been received by us. We will send you a confirmation email when the return is complete.
Custom-made or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express courier company you choose.
If, for our own reasons, the items received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is made. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
